Key responsibilities:
• Preparation of Budget, Forecast, Monthly MIS, Inventory etc.
• Preparation and Audit of financials under IGAAP & INDAS.
• Experience in Accounts Receivables, Pricing, Commercial issues with Customer & dealing with Customer.
• Experience & Exposure of Customs, Income Tax, VAT and GST law and compliance.
• Know about foreign Trade, DGFT and different export Incentive.
• Good understanding about BOM cost, Change in BOM and Implication of BOM with Sales Price.
• Good Analytical skills, Communication and Knowledge of different accounting and GAP treatment
• Should have worked in manufacturing Environment and preferable in Automotive sector.
• Handled Statutory / Internal Audit and relevant checks in place to ensure integrity incl GL Scrutiny.
• AR Review and control. Customer Reconciliation, Supplier Reconciliation, Provisions etc.
• Analytical review of Accounts. Different Incentives applicable working and analysis.
• Priority having working experience in Oracle system to ensure integrity in inventory, other areas and to obtain data for analysis.





Key Attributes (Competencies):
• Experience of minimum 5~7 years preferrable in Automotive sector.
• Experience to handle Budget and Long-term plan, AR, Month end activity under IGAAP/INDAS.
• Positive Exposure on VAT, IT TDS, GST, and Foreign Trade.
• Worked in ERP. Preference to Oracle experienced. Analytical understanding of ERP is important.
• Understand Legal and Commercial aspects related to customer and supplier.
• High level of Managerial Skills and inclined to deliver results.
• High level of Computer and interpersonal skills.
• Working experience in Matrix reporting organization

Key Requirements: (Qualification, Experience, Skills)
Manufacturing Industry Experience (Experience in Auto Industry Tier 1 & Tier 2 would be preferred)
Experience in MIS, Accounts Receivables, GST, Inventory Accounting, Finalization of Accounts as per IND AS.
Qualified CA / ICWA with 5-7 years experience or M.Com / CA In
