Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer & Compliance Consultant. The role involves designing and delivering POSH training programs for employees, managers, and leaders, including orientation sessions, refresher workshops, and specialized modules. The consultant will support organizations in developing and updating POSH policies, procedures, and communication materials,



and will advise Internal Committees on compliance requirements and best practices. Day-to-day work includes creating training content, conducting interactive sessions, documenting compliance activities, and preparing reports and dashboards for leadership. The role also includes monitoring regulatory changes, conducting periodic audits, and guiding stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.
Qualifications
• Solid expertise in POSH law, related labor and employment regulations, and HR compliance; ability to interpret and explain legal requirements in practical terms.
• Training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, workshop delivery, and experience with interactive, scenario-based learning.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse participant groups and handle sensitive topics with care.
• Experience in HR, employee relation
