Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in Kolkata. The Pre Sales specialist will handle incoming inquiries, engage with prospective buyers, and provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and availability. The role involves qualifying leads,



maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and coordinating site visits or property tours. The Pre Sales specialist will work closely with the sales team to support conversion efforts, prepare basic proposals, and follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities also include managing telephonic and digital communication, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience at all times.
