Job Summary

Sr Architect role responsible for designing and optimizing complex Siebel Loyalty and customer experience solutions for a global enterprise with a strong focus on Siebel EAI workflows Open UI eScripting and Siebel Loyalty Management. The role involves hybrid work model day shift collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver scalable architectures that enhance airline loyalty operations improve customer engagement and support long term business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design robust Siebel architectures that align enterprise strategy with scalable solutions focused on Siebel EAI workflows Open UI Loyalty Management and eScripting to support complex airline loyalty programs and customer interactions in a hybrid work setting.
• Oversee end to end solution design for loyalty program enrollment accrual redemption and partner integration by using Siebel EAI and workflow capabilities to ensure seamless customer journeys and accurate loyalty data processing.




• Provide detailed technical guidance on Siebel Open UI configurations to create intuitive accessible and responsive user interfaces that improve usability for operations teams and deliver consistent experiences for loyalty and airline service processes.
• Drive optimization of Siebel workflows by analyzing existing process flows identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined logic that increases system efficiency reduces manual intervention and enhances overall service reliability.
• Lead complex Siebel eScripting design and implementation to enable advanced business rules real time validations and automation that support sophisticated airline loyalty scenarios and improve operational accuracy.
• Coordinate integration of Siebel Loyalty Management with external airline systems and partner platforms by defining robust EAI messaging structures and error handling approaches to maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.
