Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Noida. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new leads, nurture prospective learners, and build relationships with partners to expand LearningShala’s reach. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and following up on leads,



delivering presentations about LearningShala’s offerings, and explaining program options clearly to potential students. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with counseling and marketing teams to align outreach strategies, and meeting defined targets for student acquisition and partner engagement. The ideal candidate will represent LearningShala professionally, with a focus on trust, transparency, and student-centric communication.
