Company Description STEMx is a pioneering EdTech organization that has been bringing cutting-edge STEM learning to K–12 education since 2016. The company introduced LEGO Education’s hands-on robotics, coding, and early STEM concepts, and operates STEMx Studios in Bengaluru, India, located in Whitefield and Indiranagar. Its online STEM programs reach students globally, including learners from India, Dubai, USA, Singapore, England, Nepal, Canada, and Japan. STEMx has partnered with more than 100 schools across India to deliver in-school STEM programs. For over seven years, the founders have collaborated with parents, educators, schools, and government bodies to create playful, impactful learning experiences in areas such as robotics, coding, 3D printing, electronics, and drones.

Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth of STEMx’s programs and partnerships, working full time on-site from Bengaluru. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, learning centers,



and institutional partners, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The manager will conduct market research, develop proposals and presentations, coordinate demos of STEMx solutions, and represent the company at meetings, events, and education forums. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining a robust pipeline, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and program delivery, and providing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications
• Robust business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management.
• Experience in account management and partnership development with schools, educational institutions, or similar organizations.
• Knowledge of EdTech or K–12 education, ideally with exposure to STEM topics such as robotics, coding, or
