Role Description The Event Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing the production aspects of corporate and special events from pre-planning through post-event wrap-up.



Day-to-day tasks include coordinating technical setups, staging, audio-visual requirements, and vendor logistics to ensure smooth and timely event execution. The role involves collaborating with event planners and account managers, preparing production schedules, overseeing equipment usage, and supporting onsite build, rehearsals, and live event operations. The specialist will monitor quality standards, troubleshoot issues during events, manage budgets related to production elements, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients. This position also contributes to continuous improvement by documenting best practices and supporting innovation in event formats and production techniques.
