Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
• Provide information about the company’s services, products, and policies.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs of visitors, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
• Make outbound calls to customers/clients as required.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers through calls and messages.
• Explain company services, products, offers, or other relevant information to customers.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and enquiries.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and coordinate with the concerned department when required.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow-ups as instructed.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Maintain and update customer and visitor records accurately.




• Collaborate with other departments to support office operations and staff needs.
• Ensure the reception area is maintained in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
• Handle customer and company information with confidentiality.
• Perform other front desk, tele-calling, and administrative duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication skills and a polite, professional telephone manner.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry.
