Position: Client Relationship & Business Development Executive

Biharcoder is looking for 3 motivated individuals who can connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and help them find the right software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Call potential clients and discuss their business requirements.
• Explain Biharcoder’s products and services, including website development, mobile applications, e-commerce solutions, inventory and billing software, and other business solutions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team.
• Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into projects.
• Identify and bring current clients to Biharcoder.

? Incentive Structure:




Earn an incentive of 3% of the total project budget for every project successfully brought to Biharcoder.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Confidence in calling and dealing with clients.
• Interest in sales, business development, and technology.
• Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
