The company designs, builds, and commissions wet scrubbing systems, dust collection solutions, centrifugal blowers, and related ducting and exhaust systems to help clients meet emission standards. Bhavi Plast also delivers FRP and dual-laminate storage tanks, reactors, pressure vessels, and process tanks engineered for safety and durability. All systems are designed using advanced process simulation, built to international standards, and tested in-house at the Mankoli, Bhiwandi plant. Role Description: We’re hiring a Junior Finance Controller who will independently run the finance
function of the company end-to-end. This is not a support role — you will be the finance function, reporting directly to the promoters, with full ownership of accounting, compliance, cash flow, banking,



and investment decisions for the company’s surplus cash reserves. Ideal for a young CA who wants real ownership early in their career rather than being one of many in a large finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Reporting - Own the complete books of accounts —
day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, month-end and year-end closing - Prepare
accurate MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for
management review - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the
directors

Treasury & Investment Management - Manage the company’s cash flow and
working capital planning - Evaluate and manage investment of surplus cash
reserves (fixed deposits, mutual funds, or other instruments as directed) to
optimize returns while safeguarding capital - Maintain and manage banking
relationships, credit facilities, and fund-based/non-fund-based limits
