We are expanding our corporate footprint and looking for a hardcore MICE Sales Manager who lives for deal closing, cold outreach, and revenue targets.
If you are a target-driven sales professional who knows how to open doors with corporate decision-makers and convert leads into high-margin accounts, this role is for you.

? Core Responsibilities (Sales & Revenue Focused)• B2B Prospecting & Cold Outreach: Actively build pipeline by pitching directly to Heads, Admin Directors, CXOs, and Corporate Procurement leads.
• Deal Closing & Pitching: Lead high-stakes client meetings, present tailored MICE travel proposals, handle price objections, and aggressively push contracts to closure.
• Aggressive Vendor Negotiations:



Drive down costs with hotel chains, resort management, DMCs, and airline networks to protect and maximize gross profit margins.
• Account Retention & Up-selling: Cultivate long-term corporate relationships to secure recurring quarterly offsites, annual retreats, and travel accounts.
• Contract & Commercial Oversight: Finalize SLAs, advance payment schedules, and commercial terms to ensure zero revenue leakage.

? Who We Are Looking For• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven track record in hardcore B2B sales, corporate MICE sales, corporate travel desk closing, or luxury hotel group sales.
