About MIDGROW Studio
MIDGROW Studio is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate should have experience in prospect research, email outreach, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Research potential clients and build targeted databases of qualified prospects.
• Client Outreach: Conduct outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to generate business opportunities.
• Email Campaigns: Plan and execute cold-email campaigns to engage prospective clients and generate leads.
• Freelancing Platforms: Identify and pursue relevant business opportunities on freelancing platforms.
• Prospect Research: Research companies,
decision-makers, industries, and potential clients to identify suitable business opportunities.
• Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and follow up to improve response and conversion rates.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify prospects based on their requirements, business potential, and suitability.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, responses, and conversions.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-through on business opportunities.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
