Position: Business Operations Associate
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Sarjapur Main Road, Bangalore (On-site / No remote work)
Commute Requirement: Candidates must reside near Sarjapur Main Road or adjacent areas (e.g., HSR Layout, Bellandur, Kasavanahalli, Kaikondrahalli, Carmelaram) to ensure a smooth daily commute.
Language Requirement: Mandatory fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours daily (48 hours/week)
Reports To: Founder / Owner

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly dedicated, organized, and analytical Business Operations Associate to assist the Founder in managing a diverse business portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site, execution-focused role based at our Sarjapur Main Road office. You will act as the Founder's operational right hand—gathering data, compiling reports, and executing specific directives across our restaurant, apparel, and commercial real estate ventures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Data & Information Management: Collect, organize, and analyze daily/weekly operational data, sales metrics, and financial reports from all three business sectors.
* Billing & Invoicing: Oversee billing processes, issue invoices, track incoming payments, and ensure smooth financial documentation across all businesses.
* Real Estate Asset Management: Look into and monitor the maintenance schedules of the commercial building to ensure structural upkeep, timely vendor servicing, and safety compliance.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Proactively follow up with vendors and building tenants to address operational requests, coordinate maintenance visits, and track invoices.
