About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in e-commerce accounting, reconciliations, GST compliance, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely and accurate accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities• E-commerce Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting activities related to e-commerce platforms and online sales transactions.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, marketplace reconciliations, payment gateway reconciliations, and sales reconciliation.
• GST Compliance: Assist with GST calculations, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, GST returns, and related documentation.




• Accounting Entries: Record and verify journal entries, sales and purchase entries, payment receipts, expense entries, and other financial transactions.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Maintain vendor and customer accounts, track outstanding payments, and ensure timely settlements.
• Financial Documentation: Maintain accurate books of accounts, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting financial documents.
• E-commerce Settlements: Verify marketplace settlements, commissions, refunds, returns, discounts, and deductions to ensure accurate accounting.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports, reconciliation statements, and other reports as required by the management.
• Excel & Data Management: Use MS Excel for financial analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and report preparation.
