Immigration Sales Consultant

Job Purpose

Generate and convert leads by understanding clients’ immigration needs, recommending suitable visa services, conducting timely follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration services.
• Promote PR, job seeker, digital nomad, dependent, and visit visa services.
• Explain service packages, fees, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with leads, address objections, and close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates.
• Coordinate with documentation and visa-processing teams during client onboarding.




• Build strong client relationships and communicate transparently without guaranteeing visa outcomes.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated communication, sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented, organised, and self-motivated approach.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn immigration services and visa requirements.

Performance Indicators

• Lead engagement and conversion rates.
• Monthly sales closures and revenue generated.
• Follow-up completion rate.
• CRM accuracy and customer satisfaction.
