Key responsibilities:
• Ensure Compliance of provisions of Drugs Prices Control Order ( DPCO ).
• MRP calculation for New / Revised Ceiling Price and Retail Price notified by National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority ( NPPA ).
• Validation of Ceiling Price / Retail Price notified by NPPA with IMS / Pharmatrac data.
• Preparing Representation to NPPA in case of any discrepancy.
• Evaluation of Product Viability and its continuation in view of New / Revised Ceiling Price and Retail Price notified by NPPA.
• Monitoring implementation of Price Revision for Non-Scheduled Formulations on annual basis.
• Attending Statutory / Internal Auditors from time to time for queries pertaining to DPCO.
• Submission of all Statutory Forms under DPCO from time to time.
• Maintaining Integrated Pharmaceutical Data Management System ( IPDMS ) Compliance.
• Timely reply to all letters / queries of NPPA.
• Keep track on all court cases pertaining to DPCO.
