Area(s) of responsibility

• Minimum of 4-9 years of OTM technical/techno -functional experience

• Must possess functional and techno-functional experience in OTM.

• Experience in managing implementations and/or supporting projects related to these systems, and/or working on OTM Release Cloud versions.

• Robust technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM application modules, including (but not limited to) order management, OTM finance, shipment management, and automation agents.

• Ability to prepare mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems, and translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre

• Proficiency in writing SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks

• Hands-on experience with JSPX/XSL would be an additional advantage.

• Preference for experience in end-to-end OTM lifecycle/implementation and OTM architecture

• Experience in support/ticket handling.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow tool is advantageous.
