*Job Summary*
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate real estate leads, meet prospective clients, promote properties, and convert enquiries into successful sales and rental deals.
*Key Responsibilities*
1) Generate leads for property buying, selling, and renting through field visits and networking.
2) Meet prospective customers, property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
3) Conduct property site visits and explain features, pricing, and advantages to clients.
4) Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
5) Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales or rental transactions.
6) Negotiate prices and coordinate between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
7)
Promote properties through direct marketing, referrals, and local networking.
8) Maintain daily records of field visits, leads generated, and follow-ups.
9) Coordinate documentation and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
10) Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
*Requirements*
1) Graduate in any discipline.
2) 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
3) Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
4) Knowledge of local areas and willingness to travel for field visits.
5) Ability to generate leads independently and build client relationships.
6) Target-oriented, confident, and comfortable handling rejections.
7) Basic knowledge of property measurements, including carpet, built-up, and super built-up areas, is preferred.
