Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual travelers, corporate clients, and travel partners. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, presenting suitable travel solutions, coordinating with internal teams to customize itineraries, and ensuring a seamless pre- and post-trip experience.



The role also involves managing client communications across email, phone, and digital channels, addressing inquiries and issues promptly, and following up to maintain long-term engagement. The Relationship Manager tracks client feedback, identifies opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and supports the development of loyalty and referral programs.
