Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves responding to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance to pet parents using the Conbun platform. The role includes guiding users through platform features,



troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems to relevant teams when needed. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up on unresolved queries, and contributing to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback. The Customer Support Executive works closely with operations and veterinary teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
• Solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally and courteously.
• Experience in Online Support environments, including chat and email-based communication is an advantage.
