Corporate Events Sales Manager | Veloria Grand | Bengaluru

If you sell corporate banquets at a hotel, you sell one property. Here, you sell 30+.
Every week, corporate clients ask: “Do you have something in Whitefield for 250 people on the 14th, within budget?” At a single hotel, half the time the answer is no. At Veloria Grand, it’s almost always yes.
We run 30+ banquet and event venues across Bengaluru: Whitefield, Marathahalli, HSR Layout, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Electronic City, JP Nagar and more. We handle the full event end to end: venue, F&B;, décor and execution. Veloria Grand is part of PropertyPlush Group.
We’re now building a dedicated corporate sales function. You will be its first and most key hire.

What you’ll sell
Corporate offsites, annual days, town halls, R&R; nights, conferences, product launches, team celebrations, and Diwali and year-end parties.

What you’ll own
• A revenue number. You own a monthly and quarterly corporate bookings target, and you’re measured on revenue collected.
• Your pipeline. You prospect HR,



Admin, Facilities, Employee Engagement and Founders’ Office decision-makers across ORR, Whitefield, Electronic City, Manyata/Hebbal and the tech parks.
• Empanelments. You get Veloria Grand onto approved vendor lists and annual rate contracts with mid-size and large employers.
• Channel partners. You build volume partnerships with event management companies, MICE agencies, DMCs and corporate travel desks.
• The full close. You run site visits, build proposals with our operations and F&B; teams, negotiate, and close with an advance.
• Inbound demand. Our Google, Meta and outbound campaigns already generate corporate enquiries. You convert them fast.
• Repeat business. You turn one-off events into annual calendars covering quarterly offsites, R&R;, festive celebrations and annual days.
• Pipeline discipline. You log every lead and proposal in our CRM the same day, and review the pipeline weekly di
