About the Role• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive our 360° marketing strategy across ATL, BTL, Digital, and Social Media. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, creative thinking, and execution excellence to deliver impactful campaigns that build brand equity and generate measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Luxury / Premium brands across Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG, Lifestyle, Retail, or Media.

Key ResponsibilitiesATL
· Plan and execute brand-building campaigns across print, outdoor, radio, and electronic media.
· Work with media agencies to plan media buying, placements, and performance tracking.
· Ensure consistent messaging and brand tonality across mass communication channels.
BTL
· Drive on-ground activations, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
· Partner with sales teams to develop marketing collaterals and campaigns for specific projects.
· Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, and end-to-end execution of activations.
Social Media Marketing




· Own the social media strategy to enhance visibility, engagement, and community building.
· Oversee content calendars, creative development, influencer collaborations, and paid social campaigns.
· Track performance metrics and evolve strategies basis insights.

General Leadership & Stakeholder Management
· Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR, event, digital) to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, business development, design) to align marketing with business objectives.
· Monitor budgets, timelines, and campaign performance, reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements· 7–8 years of proven experience in marketing with exposure across ATL, BTL, Digital & Social Media.
· Robust expertise in integrated campaign management and brand building.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
