? We’re Hiring: Sales & Delivery Manager

Are you good at opening doors, winning business and delivering what you promise?
We’re looking for a commercially driven professional with 2+ years of experience across B2B and B2C sales, strong market connections and the ability to manage client relationships from the first conversation through delivery.

What you’ll do
• Identify new opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with brands, agencies, advertising networks and media buying houses.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant marketing and technology solutions.
• Own proposals, negotiations, closures and client onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely delivery against agreed commitments.
• Manage client expectations, resolve delivery issues and drive renewals and account growth.
• Track sales forecasts, campaign commitments and payment collections.
What we’re looking for
• At least 2 years of relevant experience,



with exposure to both B2B and B2C sales.
• An established network across brands, agencies, media buying houses and advertising or affiliate networks.
• Strong communication, pitching, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience coordinating client servicing, campaign delivery or project execution.
• Commercial understanding of digital marketing, media sales or technology solutions.
• Ownership of targets and the discipline to follow through after closing a deal.
