Role Description The Manager Sales & Services will lead sales and service operations for BMS, security, fire, safety, and automation solutions in the Gurugram region. This full time, on-site role includes managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating project execution with internal teams and external partners, overseeing service delivery and after-sales support,



and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Manager will monitor sales targets, prepare performance reports, support pre-sales technical discussions, and provide guidance and training to team members to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure in technical or solution-based industries.
• Experience managing client relationships and key accounts, with the ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable technical solutions.
