Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Analyst with robust functional and configuration knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and experience delivering SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
The role requires close collaboration with the business, functional teams, technical teams, and integration partners to design and deliver scalable SAP solutions supporting end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the business to understand manufacturing and quality-management requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and support SAP PP and QM processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Find opportunities to simplify and standardize business processes using SAP standard functionality and prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports,
forms, and workflows.
• Work closely with ABAP, integration, security, data, and other functional teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex production and quality-related issues.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and release to live activities.
• Support/perform master-data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Required Skills And Experience
• Worked on minimum one full cycle SAP S/4HANA PP implementations, from blueprinting to post-go live.
• Strong hands-on experience in PP process like MRP Live, Demand Management, MTO/MTS process, Production order life cycle, Capacity planning and QM Process like Quality planning, Quality inspection, result recording, defect management.
• Thorough understanding of PP and QM master data BOM, Routings, Work Centres, Production Versions, MIC, Inspection plan and Batch-managed manufact
