Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Rajkot.



The Human Resources Assistant will support HR operations by maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new team members. The role includes managing HR documentation, supporting benefits administration, and helping maintain data in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The Human Resources Assistant will coordinate training schedules, assist with employee engagement activities, and provide general HR support to managers and employees. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and attention to detail in handling confidential information.
