Role Summary:
Kayo Ayur Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead Meta advertising, customer acquisition and profitable campaign scaling. The candidate must have robust experience in Ayurveda or wellness products and independently manage large advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, optimize and scale Meta campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Amazon and Flipkart.
• Manage a monthly Meta advertising budget of at least ₹1 Crore
• Maintain profitability while controlling CAC, CPA and contribution margins.
• Develop campaign structures, targeting, retargeting and funnel strategies.
• Lead creative testing, audience testing and budget allocation.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for profitable scaling.




• Coordinate with creative, website and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager and GA4.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of performance marketing experience.
• Mandatory experience with Ayurveda, wellness or health-product brands.
• Proven record of independently managing ₹1 crore or more in monthly Meta ad spend.
• Demonstrated experience achieving approximately 5X to 8X ROAS at scale.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV and LTV.
• Strong analytical, reporting and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable taking complete ownership of Meta campaign performance and business outcomes.
