*Position: Costing Engineer*
*Location: Bhiwandi*
*Experience: Min 1 Year*
*Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering*
*Salary: Upto 40k*

✅ *Key Responsibilities*
Prepare product costing for sofas, chairs, recliners, and other upholstered furniture.
Calculate material, labour, overhead, and manufacturing costs.
Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and costing sheets.
Estimate material consumption for fabric, leather, foam, wood, plywood, hardware, and other components.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Sales teams.




Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

✅ *Skills Required:*
Strong knowledge of product costing and cost accounting.
Knowledge of BOM, material consumption, labour costing, overheads, and variance analysis.
Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
Robust coordination, communication, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of upholstered furniture manufacturing will be an added advantage.
