About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across various HR functions. This opportunity is ideal for an MBA HR graduate looking to gain practical exposure to HR operations and recruitment in a technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

- Assist with onboarding and documentation processes for recent employees.

- Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.

- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders as required.





- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

- Assist with preparing HR reports, trackers, and other documentation.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR tasks and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is mandatory.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Good to Have

- Prior internship or practical experience in Human Resources.

- Exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or employee engagement activities.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR tools.
