Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Meerut. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in HR and prior HR internship experience, along with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. The candidate will support recruitment activities and help ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection updates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities and daily HR operations.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
- Prior HR internship experience is required.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
