- Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability throughout your shift
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults or equipment failures promptly, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify root causes
- Perform routine preventive maintenance activities to reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan




- Respond quickly and decisively to emergencies, such as alarms or safety hazards, following established protocols and safety procedures
- Maintain detailed and organized records of equipment status, maintenance work performed, incidents, and system performance metrics
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to address operational and technical needs, demonstrating strong collaborative skills
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all work activities
- Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment or systems as required, working closely with technical teams
- Operate and maintain computerized maintenance management systems to log reports and track equipment history
- Conduct regular inspections and document findings in a transparent and timely manner to support continuous improvement
