We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Engineer to lead our engineering operations in Chennai, India. - Provide strategic leadership and direction for all engineering operations, maintenance, and technical initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Oversee daily operations and ensure strict team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Direct maintenance, repairs, and optimization of building systems, infrastructure, interiors, exteriors, and guest-facing areas
- Execute, monitor, and continuously optimize the organization's preventive maintenance program to maximize asset longevity and minimize downtime




- Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and contribute to strategic financial planning and annual operating budget forecasts
- Develop, deliver, and oversee comprehensive training programs that build technical expertise and ensure professional standards across the engineering team
- Conduct regular departmental meetings to communicate strategic updates, address operational challenges, and foster cooperative problem-solving
- Ensure unwavering adherence to all fire, life safety, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth
- Manage inventory, assets, security protocols, and equipment to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency
