We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive (Cost Controls Executive) to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive cost control strategies that drive operational efficiency and financial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities, analyze spending patterns, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines while maintaining organizational profitability.
- Develop and implement cost control policies, procedures, and frameworks across the organization
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and variance analysis to identify deviations from budgeted targets
- Monitor and track operational expenses, capital expenditures, and overhead costs on an ongoing basis
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports and financial dashboards for senior management review
- Identify and evaluate cost reduction opportunities through process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to establish realistic budgets and cost targets
- Analyze spending trends and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Lead cost control projects and initiatives to achieve targeted savings and efficiency improvements
- Maintain and update cost accounting records and financial documentation
