About the Role
The Associate Director Project Management will lead the end-to-end delivery and governance of Managed Office and Design and Build projects across India. The role owns programme performance from project mobilisation through handover and commercial closure, ensuring that delivery commitments, quality, cost, safety,



and operational readiness are consistently met. The role will provide strong leadership to regional project teams and act as a senior delivery partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Programme and project delivery
• Lead a portfolio of Managed Office and Design and Build projects across multiple cities, from design and scope readiness through construction, testing and commissioning, handover, and closeout.

• Own programme plans, critical-path reviews, milestone governance, and early escalation of risks that could affect opening dates, budget, quality, or member experience.

• Ensure design readiness, BOQ completeness, procurement release, site mobilisation, construction sequencing, testing and commissioning, and opening-readiness gates are properly controlled.
