• Shift management of Power plant instrumentation.
• Maintenance of Honeywell DCS, Rockwell PLC (Control logix & flex logix), IIOT system, OPC, Machine Vision camera, Belt monitoring system(Control logix & flex logix), Vibration monitoring system.
• Maintenance of Analysers (Stack Gas, Dust, CO, SO2, pH , Silica, Sodium , Conductivity, Chlorine, Turbidity, Vibration, Boiler Oxygen analysers).
• Maintenance of Coal weigh bridge & belt weigher system.
• Knowledge on turbine governing system (preferably Woodward).
• Well versed with computer software applications.
• Knowledge in Oracle ERP software for material management.
• PM, CBM & Calibration of all field instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, level) and its record maintenance.
• Obtain validation of HIRA / JSAs and contribute to creation of current HIRA / JSA, when required.
• WCM standard practices up to 5’S level.
• RCA & CAPA for all field Instruments.
Required Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Instrument.
