We're hiring a Business Development Associate for the Native RO (Ops Team).
Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage Ahmedabad city partner base
• Coordinate with partners and resolve operational issues
• Handle partner escalations and coordinate with internal teams
• Plan and achieve partner onboarding targets
• Conduct focused group sessions with partners to identify and solve key regional problems
Who Should Apply?
• 0–1 years of experience in Operations, Field Sales, Business Development
• Proficient in Gujarati (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for Data analysis (Preferred)
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, Autonomous, able to hustle and deliver within tight deadlines
• Looking to grow fast and manage a bigger mandate
Location: Ahmedabad, Work from Office
Hindi + Gujarati speaking preferred.
