02 ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead G-TEC EDUCATION's entire digital marketing function. You will own strategy, execution and performance across SEO, paid media, content, social, video and analytics, and lead an in-house team of creative and technical specialists.



This is a hands-on leadership role. We need someone who can set a clear strategy, get into the details of SEO and analytics, raise the creative quality bar, and turn marketing investment into measurable growth in leads, admissions and brand strength across India and international markets.

03 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning
• Develop and own the annual and quarterly digital marketing strategy aligned with business and admission targets
• Define goals, KPIs and budgets for every channel
• Build marketing plans for course launches, admission seasons, corporate programs and institutional partnerships
• Study competitors, market trends and student behaviour to find current growth opportunities
• Plan for both B2C (students and parents) and B2B (colleges, institutions and corporate partners) audiences
