What you’ll own
Your mission: qualified meetings with the right decision makers, every single week.

• Build target lists of brands showing growth signals (new outlets, funding, hiring, launches) across hospitality, real estate, D2C, automobile, medical, NBFC, EdTech and government.
• Map decision makers (founder, marketing head, IT head, procurement) in every priority account.
• Run audit-led outreach. Use our in-house six-part website audit (UI/UX, SEO, technology, speed, security, social, plus DPDP compliance), add one sharp human insight,



and start conversations that matter.
• Run multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls and WhatsApp (permission-based), using our automation dashboard.
• Reactivate our warm database of past enquiries and clients with value-first campaigns.
• Power our event strategy: source exhibitor lists, pre-book meetings, and follow up within 48 hours.
• Hand over beautifully. Every booked meeting goes to Sales or BD with a explicit brief: who, why now, what we know.
• Report honestly: weekly numbers, what’s working, what to kill, what to test next.
