Job Title: IT Infrastructure Analyst
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Department: IT Infra
Employment Type: Full time (Remote)
Operation Hours: 8 Hours (Morning and Afternoon Shift)

Position Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for providing production support and working on assigned technical initiatives in an efficient/effective manner. This includes alerts being received through escalations from the monitoring team, through automated email alerts, and end-user escalations. The IT Infrastructure Analyst is expected to attend to all issues and either resolve them in a timely manner within the prescribed SLA or escalate to Tier 3 for resolution.



The IT Infrastructure Analyst will also have to liaison with other 3rd parties (hardware vendors, data centre staff, product support, etc.) to coordinate the resolution of incidents and alerts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively deploy and maintain multiple virtual machines and containers to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.
• Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
• Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes.
• Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks.
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to effectively support and manage various systems.

Qualification:
• Bsc.IT / B. E / BCA / B.Tech

Preferred Skills: (Must have)
• 4+ years’ experience in Windows and Linux adminis
