Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Tata Capital is a full time, on-site position based in Kumbakonam. The person in this role will lead and manage sales teams, drive business growth for assigned products and territories, and ensure achievement of revenue, portfolio quality, and customer acquisition targets. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring branch and field performance,



and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders. The Area Sales Manager will review sales metrics, provide coaching and support to team members, and collaborate with product, operations, and risk teams to improve processes and customer experience. The role also involves market analysis, competitor tracking, adherence to compliance and credit policies, and preparation of regular reports and forecasts for management.
