Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager - B2B & B2G

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing ATL, BTL, digital, branding, and lead-generation strategies to support business growth across B2B and B2G segments. The role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, supporting government and corporate business initiatives, and driving integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.

Preference
• 8-10 years of experience in integrated marketing, ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.
• 4 Yrs in IT/EdTech Company.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2G marketing environments.
• Experience in government projects, tenders, public sector engagements, technology, healthcare, infrastructure, education, or industrial sectors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities




• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Plan and manage ATL marketing campaigns through print media, outdoor advertising, radio, magazines, and industry publications.
• Lead BTL activities including exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, conferences, customer engagement programs, product launches, roadshows, and dealer meets.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and website management.
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns for corporate and government customers.
• Support business development and tender teams through targeted marketing initiatives and proposal support and Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer profiling, and industry trend analysis.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, company profiles, case studies, whitepapers, and success stories.
