Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering an engaging retail experience. This role includes managing the sales floor, supervising and coaching store team members,



and ensuring that customer interactions reflect the brand’s values and service standards. The Store Manager monitors inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep to maintain a premium, welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include handling store reporting, aligning the team to sales targets, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and collaborating with regional leadership on promotions and local marketing initiatives.
