Role Description The Chief Happiness Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, focused on cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This role designs and implements employee wellbeing and engagement programs, including surveys,



feedback channels, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities. The Chief Happiness Officer collaborates with leadership and HR to align culture and people practices with organizational goals, supports managers in building healthy team dynamics, and addresses workplace concerns in a fair and confidential manner. Daily tasks include monitoring engagement metrics, facilitating workshops, coordinating wellness resources, and ensuring that communication about policies and initiatives is explicit, supportive, and accessible.
