Role Description The Sr Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as strategy, creative, and media, preparing and delivering presentations, and handling client briefs and feedback.



The Sr Client Servicing Executive will monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and proactively address client concerns. The role also includes identifying opportunities to grow accounts, supporting new pitches, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports for all client activities.
