Job Title: Relationship Manager - Affinity Business
Job Overview:
A Relationship Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, understanding
customer needs, and offering suitable products or services. The role focuses on maintaining
long-term relationships, increasing customer retention, and identifying new business
opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
 New Client Acquisition:
Responsible for prospecting, evaluating, and funnelling potential clients, followed by on
boarding current business opportunities across sectors including Banks,Associations,Fintechs
Cards, Small NBFC, Start up, Automotive, D2C, B2B, and B2B2C. This involves identifying
high-potential leads, assessing business fit, nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline,
and ensuring smooth on boarding and relationship initiation.
 Client Servicing:
Support business growth by researching emerging sectors (Associations, Banks, Ecomm-
Platforms, Travel, Automotive, and Retail) and delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions
and product recommendations to meet client requirements.
 Risk Consulting:




Analyse potential risk gaps within client business models, identifying areas of vulnerability
and uncovering new opportunities. Provided comprehensive, consumer-centric solutions to
mitigate risks and enhance business performance.
 Portfolio Marketing & Management:
Lead marketing initiatives by designing and executing content for OFTSs, communication
tools such as chatbots, digital campaigns, and outreach mailers to enhance program visibility and
reach.
 Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
 Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns
 Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively

 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
 Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach-
 Meet sales targets and performance goals
 Maintain accurate client records and documentation
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensur
