Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Media Production Sales who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and generate revenue through media production services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the media and creative production industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to pitch and close projects involving video production, brand films, advertisements, product shoots, corporate videos, social media content, and other creative production services.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for media production, video shoots, brand films, advertisements,



and digital content projects.
• Proactively reach out to brands, agencies, marketing teams, founders, and potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Understand client requirements and pitch customised media production solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, quotations, and commercial estimates.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, deal closure, and project handover.
• Coordinate with internal creative, production, cinematography, and editing teams to develop suitable project proposals and cost estimates.
