Role Description The Event Organizer for ISFM 2026 will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of the on-site event in Ajmer in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event schedules, managing venue logistics, working with vendors and service providers, and ensuring all sessions run on time. The role involves communicating with founders, investors, and partners, handling registrations and attendee queries,



and delivering a smooth on-site experience. The Event Organizer will also support promotional activities, assist with sales-related outreach to participants, and gather feedback for continuous improvement of future events.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Event Planning and Event Management, including organizing multi-session professional events.
• Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with founders, investors, vendors, and attendees.
• Ability to support Sales-related activities, such as promoting event participation and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills during live events.
• Prior experience in organizing conferences, startup meets, or corporate events is highly beneficial.
