Litverse is looking for a proactive, results-driven E-commerce Specialist/Manager to manage and scale our online business across leading marketplaces and our Shopify website.
? Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions, and product content across marketplaces.
• Drive sales growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Manage Shopify website operations and improve online sales performance.
• Plan and optimize advertising campaigns, improve ROAS, and drive overall profitability.
• Handle inventory planning, stock management, and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor returns, cancellations, and delivery performance.
• Ensure applicable BIS compliance and maintain relevant product documentation.
• Track sales performance,



analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for business growth.

? Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify.
• Experience managing marketplace advertising campaigns and optimizing ROAS.
• Valuable understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, and marketplace operations.
• Knowledge of BIS requirements applicable to lighting and electrical products.
• Experience in lighting, home décor, or consumer durables will be preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
