Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher)



will support end-to-end hiring activities for various roles within FSSSI Global Pvt. Ltd. on a full-time basis. This hybrid position is based in Pune City, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social networks, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, assisting in employer branding activities, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. The specialist will also support recruitment reporting, documentation, and adherence to company policies and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
