Manage ERP functional support, user coordination, implementation activities, and ongoing system improvements across group companies. • Support Oracle/FINSYS ERP operations, business-process issues, reporting requirements, user training, and data-quality controls. • Manage Windows/Linux server-related support, shared folders, permissions, user backups, LAN, printers, software updates, and troubleshooting. • Coordinate ERP-related changes, report requirements, and issue resolution with users, management, and software vendors. • Support Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) users and business-process/reporting requirements as part of ERP application Support.
